Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Honeybelle, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Honeybelle endeavours to accurately describe and display items for sale.

Honeybelle does not currently sell internationally.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

Orders are made via email or telephone.

Please note that all items are handmade and may take 4 - 6 weeks to be made and be dispatched.

Cheque/Postal Order Payment (made payable to Sophie Honeybelle):

If you choose to pay for your order by cheque or Postal Order, Honeybelle will email you an address to post the cheque to. Please note that cheques take a minimum of 4 working days to clear. You will be notified when your cheque has been received.

Goods shall remain the property of Honeybelle until payment is received and cleared in full. Once the payment has cleared and the item has been made, Honeybelle will dispatch your item within 2 working days.

Once goods have been received, the customer accepts risk of loss, breakage and damage to the items. 

Postage and Packing:

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Goods cannot be dispatched on Sundays, Bank Holidays or any other public holiday.

Honeybelle does not accept liability for failure or delay of dispatched goods when the goods are in the possession of the carrier.

All dispatched goods will require a signature at destination. Please supply the address that your credit/debit card is registered to. Honeybelle will not ship items to an address which is different to the cardholder's address (if paying via PayPal).

Honeybelle does not accept liability for the customer's failure to supply a full, valid delivery address.

Cancellation of Orders:

Please inform Honeybelle of your cancellation by email within 2 working days of placing your order. Your payment will be refunded to you by your payment method as soon as possible and within 30 days.

Returns and Refunds:

You will not receive refunds or repairs for fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

If you change your mind:

If you choose to return your items, please inform Honeybelle within 2 working days of receipt of your goods.

You will be refunded for the cost of the item (minus postage) via your payment method (PayPal or cheque) as soon as possible and within 30 days of when Honeybelle receives the items.

You will not receive a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation if you change your mind about your purchase after 7 working days has lapsed since you received your goods.

Your order will include a blank Returns Form, please complete this form and return it with your item.

Please send goods by Recorded Delivery and retain proof of postage. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

You will not be compensated for the cost of postage in this instance.

You will not receive a refund if goods are returned with parts and packaging damaged or missing unless this is the fault of the carrier.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your items are damaged or faulty:

Honeybelle aims to delivery goods which are 100% satisfactory.

However, if you do find them to be in an unsatisfactory condition or misdescribed, please inform Honeybelle within 2 working days of receipt of your items. Your order will include a blank Returns Form, please complete this form and return it with your item.

Please send goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and retain proof of postage.

Goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them, including packaging.  Honeybelle will pay for the postage of returned goods which are faulty or misdescribed.

Please return your damaged or faulty items to Honeybelle as soon as possible.

You can choose to receive a refund, a repair or a replacement. You will not be charged for a repair or a replacement item.

If you choose to accept a refund, you will receive your refund through your payment method (PayPal or cheque), which will include the cost of postage. You will receive your refund as soon as possible and within 30 days.

If you choose to accept a repair, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your item to be returned to you. You will not be charged the cost of postage to receive your item.

If you choose a replacement, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your item to be returned to you. You will not be charged the cost of postage to receive your item.

If your item(s) need alteration:

Before placing your order please make sure the item is the correct size.

If you need to return an item for alteration, please inform Honeybelle within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

Honeybelle will send you an email confirmation of the cost of altering an item(s).

Postage to return the item(s) to Honeybelle is the buyer's responsibility and will not be paid for by Honeybelle. You will receive an Email Invoice for payment for adjustment and postage from Honeybelle to your address.

Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received by Honeybelle.

Exchanges:

Items will only be exchanged if they are damaged or faulty on receipt.

Privacy:

Honeybelle takes all reasonable precautions to keep your supplied information strictly confidential. Honeybelle does not store financial data. Honeybelle does not pass on any personal information to any  third parties.

Using the secure financial transaction service (PayPal) to make credit and debit card purchases through honeybelle.co.uk ensures that your financial information is not shared with Honeybelle.
